This help site explains how to use 2FA Live ONLINE and make informed choices about authenticator keys, saved accounts, and share links.
What the tool does
2FA Live ONLINE generates time-based one-time passwords from an existing setup key. It also offers optional username-and-password accounts for saved authenticators and share links with timed or lifetime access. It does not issue a setup key for an account at another service, recover a lost external account, or replace that service’s security settings.
An independent project
2FA Live ONLINE is an independently built website at 2falive.live. It is not the website at 2fa.live, and it is not affiliated with Google or the services whose accounts you choose to protect. Product names in these guides identify the relevant products; they do not imply endorsement.
How these guides are written
The instructions describe the features currently implemented in 2FA Live ONLINE. Technical explanations link to primary references where useful, including the TOTP specification and providers’ own help pages. These guides do not claim an independent security audit, certification, or guaranteed acceptance of a generated code.
Each page shows its review date. A provider may change its login or recovery steps; use that provider’s current official instructions for actions on its account. We do not publish customer secrets, example accounts presented as real users, or invented usage figures.
Help and the authenticator are separate
The help website is for reading. It has no login or secret-key form. The authenticator runs at 2falive.live and stays free of advertising scripts. Google advertising code is enabled on the four public guides, with an Advertisement label. An ad may not appear on every visit. See the privacy notice for the current data handling.
Contact
For questions about these guides or this website’s privacy practices, email [email protected]. Do not send passwords, secret keys, current codes, recovery codes, or private share links. We cannot recover accounts at other services.
Finding the right instructions
Start with using a TOTP secret key, work through invalid-code troubleshooting, or read about share access and account safety. For a locked account at another service, go directly to that service’s official recovery channel.
